And how can you build a future-proof data architecture that brings together analytics, AI and innovation?For an international market leader in the Oostkamp region, I am looking for a Data & Analytics Architect who wants to play a key role in the organisation's ongoing digital transformation. In this position, you will combine technical expertise with strategic thinking and help shape the organisation's Data & Analytics and Generative AI roadmap for the years to come.You will join an international IT team where collaboration, knowledge sharing and innovation are central. Working closely with technical experts, business stakeholders and international colleagues, you will translate complex business needs into scalable, future-proof data solutions.Your roleAs a Data & Analytics Architect, you will play a key role in the further development of the organisation's data platform and analytics capabilities. You will contribute to architectural decisions, explore emerging technologies and guide projects from initial concept through to implementation.Your responsibilities will include:

• Analysing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions across various domains, including manufacturing, logistics, finance, supply chain, sales and R&D.
• Contributing to the development of a modern data platform built on Microsoft Azure, Databricks and Power BI.
• Designing and evolving the overall data architecture, ensuring that data from different sources can be integrated into a consistent, scalable and well-structured environment.
• Exploring new technologies in Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning and Generative AI, using proof of concepts to assess their potential business value.
• Helping define the long-term Data & Analytics strategy and shaping the organisation's Generative AI roadmap.
• Leading analytics projects and coordinating internal IT colleagues, external partners and business stakeholders.
• Supporting data governance initiatives and driving the standardisation of reporting and analytics solutions across the organisation.
• Sharing your expertise and presenting architectural decisions and innovative solutions to both technical teams and management.Your profileWe are looking for someone who combines a strong interest in technology with an understanding of how data can create tangible business value.You bring:
• A master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
• A first experience or strong academic foundation in data analytics, data architecture or business intelligence.
• An interest in modern data platforms and technologies such as Azure, Databricks and Power BI.
• An analytical and innovative mindset, combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
• The ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and bring different stakeholders on board.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to present ideas and solutions to different audiences.
• Excellent English communication skills. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
