What you'll do

• Design, build and optimise data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Develop scalable data transformation workflows using SQL, Snowflake and dbt.
• Work with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake and Databricks, depending on the project.
• Contribute to the development of robust, maintainable and high-quality data solutions.
• Monitor data quality, performance and reliability, ensuring that data is accurate and accessible.
• Collaborate with fellow Data Engineers, Analysts, Architects and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• 2-3+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of data modelling and data engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt, or a strong background in modern data platforms and data transformation tools.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms, preferably within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and/or Databricks is a strong plus.
• Experience with Python is an advantage.
• A curious mindset, strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to work independently while enjoying collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Fluent in Dutch is a MUST. English and / or French are a plus.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup, depending on the project, in the Antwerp, Brussels, East Flanders or West Flanders region.Not every technology on the list needs to be part of your toolkit already.
