Machine Learning Scientist - GenAI

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Scientist to develop next-generation, customer-facing GenAI products. In this role, you will design and deliver ML-powered solutions and conversational agents, such as chatbots and intelligent assistants, that significantly enhance the end-to-end customer experience.You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, including research, training, evaluation, and production deployment. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics teams to ensure LLMs, NLP, and computer vision models are scalable, reliable, and effectively integrated into customer-facing products. You will shape model architectures, develop robust ML frameworks, and ensure rigorous evaluation and best practices in deployment.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM, NLP, and computer vision models powering AI-driven applications and conversational agents.
• Ensure model performance, reliability, and scalability through rigorous testing and validation.
• Build and maintain clean, maintainable, and scalable ML frameworks for large datasets.
• Integrate AI models into production systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and apply state-of-the-art ML techniques.
• Document workflows, architectures, and deployment procedures for reproducibility and knowledge transfer.
• Provide technical guidance and support best practices in ML development.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceEducation
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.Experience
• Proven expertise in GenAI, LLM fine-tuning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Track record of leading end-to-end ML projects from research to production.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Kafka, Spark, OpenAI and SQL.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and developing scalable ML systems.Skills and Competencies
