Data & Analytics Engineer (Azure)

The roleFor an innovative organization, we are looking for a Data & Analytics Engineer with strong Azure expertise. In this role, you will work on end-to-end data solutions-from data ingestion and transformation to data modeling and visualization.You translate business needs into scalable data solutions and ensure stakeholders have access to reliable, high-performance insights that drive decision-making.What you'll doData engineering & pipelines

• Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines within the Azure ecosystem
• Integrate data from various sources (APIs, databases, SaaS platforms, files)
• Work with tools such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and DatabricksData modeling & warehousing
• Design efficient data models (star/snowflake schemas)
• Build and maintain data warehouses and semantic layers
• Apply modern architectures such as medallion (bronze/silver/gold)Reporting & visualization
• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Optimize performance and usability
• Build reusable DAX measures and modelsGovernance & security
• Implement data governance and security (RLS, OLS, GDPR compliance)
• Manage deployments and CI/CD processes via Azure DevOpsOptimization & monitoring
• Monitor performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Document solutions and promote self-service BI across the businessYour profile
• 3+ years of experience in BI, data engineering, or analytics
• Strong knowledge of Azure (ADF, Synapse, Azure SQL)
• Experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, optimization)
• Familiar with data lakes and modern data architectures
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (French and/or Dutch is a plus)What's in it for you
